Warranty Coverage

  • All products purchased directly from Dermvitas include a 90-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, or workmanship issues under normal use.
  • If a product qualifies under warranty, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Relationship to Returns

  • Products eligible for return under our 30-day Return Policy should follow the return process outlined there.
  • Issues arising after the return window but within the 90-day warranty period are handled under this Warranty Policy.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products used outside their intended purpose
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products marked as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed

How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Verification: Photos or videos may be requested to assess the issue.
  • Return (If Required): If the product needs to be sent back, shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
  • Resolution: Once reviewed, we will proceed with a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • If a warranty claim is approved due to a confirmed defect or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by us.
  • If the issue is not confirmed as a warranty case, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Period

  • The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.
  • Replacement products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
